For FS2004. Not tested but should work in FS2002 but, without Golden Wings.
IT WAS SPECIALLY MADE TO BE USED (preferably) WITH 'Golden Wings' scenery enhancement for FS2004, created by Lynn and Bill Lyons and availabe FREEWARE at: http://windrfters.com/
If you do not get it, it will still perform as it should but I strongly suggest you consider its installation. More details at the above link.

KNOW ISSUES and other stuff:
The Aiport exists but my rendering is fictitious. It was of course intended to fit the Golden Wings era.
The NOTHERN LIGHTS (Aurora Borealis) only show up at night. They have a mind of their own. They will appear, play around a while, then disapear to come back later. Make sure your display options are set for special effects.
For Golden Wings version only, at night the runway will be lit by setting fires in old barrels. Regular FS9 will have regular runway lighting and will also loose the water start location.
Nit pickers and bug chasers are NOT welcomed to send me their comments. You do not like it, sorry, I will double your money back. Just send me a copy of your invoice.
If I find a way to improve an item or a texture, even if this item or texture is used in a previous release, I reserve the right to change it anytime.

During installation, overwrite if prompted to do so.
Place the CONTENTS ONLY of the 'Effects' folder into: xxxxxxx/Flight Simulator 9/Effects
Place the COMPLETE FOLDER 'Dolbeau' with its contents where you usually install your sceneries, normally:
xxxxxxx/Flight Simulator 9/Addon Scenery
If you are using the regular FS2004 and NOT using Golden Wings, place the CONTENTS ONLY of the 'alternate file' folder into the scenery folder of the above, normally:
xxxxxxx/Flight Simulator 9/Addon Scenery/Dolbeau/scenery
If you wish, after, you may cut and paste the CONTENTS ONLY of the texture folder into the main texture
folder of your simulator. DO NOT REMOVE THE EMPTY FOLDER OR IT WON'T WORK.
For GOLDEN WINGS version ONLY, (DO NOT USE IN FS2002 nor regular FS2004)place the CONTENTS ONLY of the 'addon scenery' folder into:
xxxxxxx/Flight Simulator 9/Addon Scenery/Scenery NOTICE THE WORD SCENERY IS REPEATED HERE.
Activate in the scenery library.
Restart Flight Simulator and enjoy
